Giant Auction and Hot
We would like to welcome
everyone to our October meeting, were we will have our Giant Auction and
Hot Dog Night! Michael S. Turrini and Donald Hill will be the cooks and
chief bottle washers tonight. If you want to bring some extra goodies to
share that would be wonderful. We’ve sent everyone a sample ballot and instructions
on how the Giant Auction works. Come on out and summit your items and
auction slip in early, so members can view them before the auction
Hope to see everyone
We will also be having a SJCC monthly board meeting at the club house starting from 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM and the SJCC general meeting will commence promptly at 7:30 PM. Hope all our members
show up and take an active role in the discussions. We do ask that during
our SJCC Board Meeting that the loud conversations and noise be kept
down. It is very distracting and interferes with the meeting and getting
it done in a timely fashion. Please be respectful and understanding of
will have Giant Auction, Show & Tell, Refreshments 2nd round

meeting. See list of drawing

everyone help with the clean up of the room and putting chairs away.
